ACE FC is excited for the upcoming season as it continues to build on some reforms in the pathways available to ACE players and the opportunity to strengthen it’s presence in the SEQ region.
ACE is seeking interest from passionate, player development focused coaches who share in the club Vision and wish to work towards the Mission Statement of ACE.
There is opportunity for coaches to work within the pathway driven structure that is being
implemented in Queensland for all ages from U8-18 Junior teams.
All coaches should be self-driven but open to further education through internal and external coaching development courses.
All coaches at ACE should place an emphasis on player focus and development, not solely on results-based outcomes.
Once an EOI is submitted, the Technical Team will be in contact to request further information, request an interview or advise of the outcome.

Coach Selection Timeline:
Junior Competition Teams (U13-18)
– All FQ Academy League 4 Coaches appointed
– All MJL Coaches appointed
– Divisional Coaches to be confirmed in PreSeason 2023.
FQ Academy League 3 North Teams (U10-12) – all tiers to be selected and appointed where possible prior to trials commencing in January 2023
MiniRoos Non-Competitive Teams (U8-12) – all tiers to be selected and appointed where possible prior to trials/gradings/muster commencing in February/March 2023
Girls Junior Teams – Competitive and Non-Competitive (U8-18) – all tiers to be selected and appointed where possible prior to trials commencing in January/February 2023
Trials for Age Groups:
Junior Competition Teams (U13-18)
– FQ Academy League 4 and MJL trials completed
– Vacancies in Divisional Teams if interested – final team selections to take place in January 2023
FQ Academy League 3 North Teams (U10-12)
– all tiers to be selected and appointed where possible prior to trials commencing in January 2023
MiniRoos Non-Competitive Teams (U8-12)
– trials/grading.muster to commence in February/March 2023
Girls Junior Teams – Competitive and Non-Competitive (U8-18)
– trials to commence in January/February 2023
